The established dental deposit also clings to the teeth very strongly and it cannot be removed by tooth-brushing or using mouth wash. A dentist or a dental hygienic is able to free your teeth with special dental equipment.Long ago they used manual tools; nowadays the treatment is done with modern machines using ultrasound. This special equipment sends ultrasound vibrations to the tooth, which cracks the dental deposit on the tooth. Then the deposit can be removed. Such a treatment is less unpleasant for the patients. After removing the dental deposit the teeth are polished with some special paste. The removal of the dental deposit is a really significant treatment, since dental deposits can lead to the inflammation of gums which might cause the loosening or even loss of the teeth. More than that, because of the propagation of bacteria, dental deposits may also cause dental decay.
